- Identifies, qualifies and rates gift potential for top 100 prospects to be solicited

- Naming opportunities (gifts above $25,000)

Planned giving committe
- Meets 6 times a year
- Members include attorneys, trust officers, bankers, life underwriters, and other advisors and also includes hospital and other foundation board members
- Identifies new planned giving prospects
- Target market employees and community who are 55 and above

Community relations committee
- Creates "Ambassadors of Good Will" between hospital and community
- Promotes new physicians, programs, capital projects, and campaigns to the community
- Develop committee members to become members of the Community Ask

- Invites service clubs and organizations to meet at the hospital
- Enhances relationships with small and mid-size businesses and professional firms
|

Special event committee
- ProAm, Motorcycle Dice Run, Charity Event, Gala, Etc.
- Meets frequently throughout the year to plan yearly charity events

- Promotes camaraderie with donors, vendors, staff and community

Foundation and grants committee
- Identify/prioritize top 25 national/regional/local (and family) foundation donors/prospects
- Re-institute in-house (senior management and designated managers) grantsmanship committee and establish priorities for funding

- Research grantsmanship outsourcing professionals
- Match foundation/grant gifts to Bradford Regional Medical Center's programs
- Create the fit where appropriate

Memorial/named fund committee
- Development of Memorial/Named Funds
- Run for Your Life (5K Walk or Run)
- Memorial Day advertisement in local newspaper

- Develop strategies to obtain 100% participation from:
- Board of Directors (Hospital, Foundation & Auxiliary)
- Development Committee
