Outpatient Services – At our outpatient service location, you can expect to be treated with the latest advances in physical therapy and rehabilitation services as you return to your normal activities. If you struggle in your daily activities as a result of a condition like a stroke, orthopedic injury, multiple sclerosis, balance disorders, polio or others, talk to you doctor about a referral to our SMART/Rehab Services program.
