Whether patients require short-term rehabilitation for a medical recovery, Surgical recovery or long-term care for Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease, the Pavilion specializes in skilled nursing care.
Our team
The Pavilion @ BRMC is staffed by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed practical Nurses (LPN) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to meet the needs of residents in both health and daily care needs. Nursing staff is available 24 hrs/ 7 days a week. The Interdisciplinary team includes:

Our program
The goal of The Pavilion is to encourage each resident to maintain his/her sense of dignity and self worth. Residents make their own choices regarding meals, clothing, shower or tub bath, and what activities they prefer to attend.
Long-term residents are free to spend time away from the facility with their family. Family and friends are encouraged to take residents on short outings away from the facility, invite them to their homes for visit, or invite them to spend the holidays at their homes. Transportation is the responsibility of the family and friends.
- Medical Care: Medicines, treatments and therapies are given under the direct orders of a physician. Your physician will visit regularly during your stay at The Pavilion and is frequently consulted on your plan of care. Dentist, Podiatrists, ophthalmologists and surgeons or any other specialty physician with privileges at Bradford Regional Medical Center may see residents at The Pavilion.
- Emergency Care: In case of medical emergency, a resident can be transferred to Bradford Regional Medical Center Emergency Department under orders from the attending physician. In cases where emergency care is necessary, the proximity of The Pavilion to BRMC saves precious time.
- Rehabilitative Care: Rehabilitation therapy at The Pavilion is directed by the professionals of the Rehabilitation Services Department at Bradford Regional Medical Center. Resident’s who come to The Pavilion for long-term dementia care also receives therapy services. Services are implemented by our Restorative Care Nurse under the direction of the Rehabilitation Service Department. Therapy Services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Restorative Nursing Services.
- Activity Department: The Activities Department plans, organizes and carries out a variety of activities designed to meet the individual needs of the residents. The Activities are designed to promote socialization, entertainment, relaxation, creative talent and to fulfill spiritual, physical and mental well-being of the residents.
