STAR AWARD

Have you noticed a BRMC employee who demonstrates outstanding performance and inspires the same in others?  Please nominate that employee for a STAR Award. 

Nomination forms can be found throughout the hospital or you may send an email to star@brmc.com. Areas of nomination include Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Performance Improvement, Teamwork, Communication, Ownership/Accountability, and/or Excellence in Performance.

Eligible part or full time employees must have completed one year of employment with BRMC. Management staff are not eligible for the STAR Award. Nomination forms can be turned in to Human Resources and/or any of the designated Employee of the Month boxes located throughout the hospital.
