Diabetes Self-Management Training Group Classes – 5 - 8 p.m., April 5, 12, 19, Center for Diabetes and Nutrition Education office, Bradford Regional Medical Center. Each class covers different diabetes-related topics. A physician's referral is required to attend. Many insurances cover the cost. For more information, call 814/362-8717.

Basic Life Support for Medical Providers – 8 a.m.- 4 p.m., April 9, Education Center Classroom B, third floor, Bradford Regional Medical Center. To register, call 716/375-6217.

Sleep Disorders Support Group – 5:30 p.m., April 11, Outpatient Service Center, Suite 33, Bradford Regional Medical Center. The sleep support group is an informative meeting, usually led by a guest speaker discussing a variety of subjects concerning obstructive sleep apnea and equipment. A registered polysomnographer is also present to answer any questions regarding sleep apnea. For additional information 814/362-8732.

Grief Relief Support Group – 4 p.m., April 24, Bradford Area Public Library. This group offers a friendly environment of caring people who will walk alongside those who are dealing with one of life’s most difficult experiences. The support group provides information and strategies to best deal with grief. For more information, call 814/362-8288.

Look Good Feel Better – 4 p.m., April 24, Bradford Regional Medical Center’s oncology library. The Look Good Feel Better workshop is free and facilitated by trained cosmetologists who teach women with cancer how to understand and care for changes in skin and hair that may occur during treatment. The program is offered in partnership with the National Cosmetology Association and The Personal Care Products Council Foundation. Pre-registration is required. Better Breathers Club – 1:30 p.m., April 25, Bradford Area Public Library. This support group is for those with breathing issues and friends/family with breathing issues.
