Pulmonary specialist to see patients at BRMC

Bradford Regional Medical Center will welcome pulmonary specialist Jamie Wooldridge, MD, to Pediatric Associates of Bradford, starting Feb. 27.

Dr. Wooldridge specializes in pediatric pulmonary and will see pediatric patients with conditions including asthma, bronchitis, chronic/persistent cough, congenital lung abnormalities, pneumonia, RSV, lung disease and chronic respiratory failure.

She serves as division chief of pulmonology, UBMD Pediatrics; medical director of the Lung Center, Oishei Children’s Hospital; and clinical professor of pediatrics, University at Buffalo. Dr. Wooldridge earned a medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, completed a residency at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children/Indiana University Medical Center and a fellowship at Denver Children’s Hospital/University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric pulmonary.

“Having a specialist with the extensive experience and training that Dr. Wooldridge has will be particularly beneficial to our youngest patients who previously would have to travel outside the area for this level of care,” said Timothy J.
